In der letzten Zeit wurde ich immer öfter nach meinem Focaccia-Rezept gefragt. Damit ich in der Zukunft nicht jedes Mal alles von vorne beschreiben muss kommt hier jetzt die vollständige Anleitung. Das Rezept ist gut für Anfänger geeignet und kann aber je nach Belieben echt ganz einfach angepasst werden.

(See german version below) I have decided to step back from actively participating in the organization surrounding the KjG Summer camp in Wiesloch for future events.

During my years in school, I participated in the then very new First LEGO League. My brother and me were joining an already existing team, called the “SAP Nemo Kids” (SAP being the Sponsor of the Tournament at our location) and it immediately caught me by full force. This contest consists of multiple disciplines. While the Robot Game is probably well known, there is also the Core Values, which we just called Teamwork. In addition the Robot Design judges design and implementation of the Robot itself. And finally, there is also the Project, which is held in the spirit of the yearly theme. In this discipline, a team will prepare a short talk on a topic which was previously researched.

Back in 2007, I was first introduced to the summer camp of the KjG Wiesloch (Katholische Junge Gemeinde, community of young Catholics). The camp lasts for 2 weeks and is held in the first weeks of the summer holidays. At first I was rather unwilling to go since I did not really know many people there. You are not allowed to bring mobile phones or other electronic devices (maybe apart from a digital watch (no smart watch)). The only way of communicating is to by sending letters. And so I wrote a letter to my parents after being there for a week. I was complaining and frustrated with everything. However, my parents were extremely surprised to see that after I had returned from camp, liked it very much and had completely forgotten that I had written this letter. From thereon, my brother and I went every year.
